3. Packing
Cyan-Stalk Biotech provides free protective or safe packaging for order delivery. All Cyan-Stalk Biotech products are safely packed for storage and shipping. Each order is shipped with protective packing to avoid accidental breakage. This is applied to retail order only. Special packing can be required for batch wholesale and customized products.
4. Shipping
Usually a small order will be delivered by EMS, SF, UPS, TNT, DHL express and large quantity order or batch order by sea shippemnt. The cost of freight is follow the destination country to calculate. Delivery time will be confirmed within 48 hours upon the receipt of your payment. This is not applicable for customized goods on your requirement or the goods out of stock.
Note:
1) Online real-time order tracking (code and site URL) only for express delivery.
2) That is out of Cyan-Stalk Biotech control: Extra duties and taxes is if required or not when you claim the package in your country.

(3) When your return arrives at Cyan-Stalk Biotech, you replacement or refund will be made within in 48 hours.
Note:
a. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, batch wholesale, clearance orders and the items that have been modified on the customer's request.
b. Items must be returned on their original condition, signs of used, alteration or damage in any way cannot be accepted.
c. Replacement or returned item must be received within this 60 day period.
For refund, we are not responsible for the shipping fee of return. The refund will be made through the same payment method you used in 48 hours.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or replacement to us. Please email us the feedback form and to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then mail your item(s) back in their original packaging.
